As soon as the order is completed, a payment authorization will be automatically requested to verify the validity of the card and the availability of funds.
The actual payment will take place only upon shipment, which will be notified by e-mail.
The PayPal account will be debited upon completion of the order.
The transmission of payment information takes place through the highest security standard thanks to the adoption of the most advanced encryption systems (SSL): the credit card data will be totally illegible to third parties. IABO WORLD uses only secure connections, as shown by the prefix "https" that appears in the address bar of the browser.
If you have chosen to pay by credit card but are unable to complete the transaction, check that you have correctly entered the data relating to the selected payment method. If the problem persists, we recommend that you contact the Issuer.
If at the time of shipment some items are not available, the amount charged will correspond to the items actually shipped.
To cancel an order, please contact Customer Service to receive the necessary support.
Return
You can decide to return any purchased product within 15 days from the order confirmation e-mail.
How can I make a return?
Warning: before making a return, make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all internal labels and tags attached, not stained, damaged or used.

2. PREPARE THE PACKAGE
Put the items IN THE SAME BOX in which you received them, marking the ones you intend to return on the receipt and close the package sealing it with the red SECURITY sticker.
3. DELIVER THE PACKAGE TO THE COURIER
The courier will pick up your return at the address and date of your choice.
4. GET YOUR REFUND
After receiving and verifying your return, we will refund the returned items and the corresponding amount will be credited to you in the same way you made the purchase.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be returned at your expense and the refund will not be made.
The cost for the return package collection service is € 10
Once the return is approved (the items must be in perfect condition and with the internal labels and tags attached), you will receive a Return Acceptance Confirmation email to confirm that the amount will be paid into your account within a few days.
Remember that the time it takes to see the refund on your account depends on the card issuer.
You can check the status of your refund from the MY ORDERS page of your dashboard.
For security reasons we cannot refund to a different card than the one of the purchase.
